I am board certified in criminal law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. My practice is primarily criminal law in Central and South Texas and in Federal Courts throughout the Southern United States. I have served the greater San Antonio area since 1973, and I have concentrated in the area of intoxication cases since 1991. In 1995 I helped to establish the National College for DUI Defense.
